Hidden gem of a cleaning company. I wish I could give you all 10 stars. From the start of getting my quote the service was top service to the amazing job these guys did. My couches look brand new. These are not just guys that clean this is a work of art and a passion and it shows. The gentleman that came to our home were so kind and respectful and knowledgeable they took so much attention to detail and worked so hard on my furniture my family and I are so grateful. I hired Top Notch Cleaning to clean the upholstery on my chairs. I already had one well known cleaner out 2 years ago and they claimed they couldn’t be cleaned. After Top Notch cleaned the same chairs, they looked like brand spanking new chairs. I couldn’t believe it! I was ready to replace these chairs and Rodney with Top Notch Carpet and Upholstery Services made them look like new. . I am a customer for life! 🙂
At around 830 at night, I spilled about a half gallon of dark grey paint onto our tan carpet and was frantically messaging companies to try and get an emergency cleaning first thing the next morning. Juliessa text me back promptly to apologize and informed me that they did not have any openings for two days. About ten minutes later, I received another text with a video and detailed instructions of how to get the paint out. Top Notch truly saved our carpet this evening. That extra step was very unexpected and much appreciated. This type of amazing customer service and care is hard to come by these days. Thank you so much for your care this evening and we look forward to working with you again in the future.
Top Notch did an excellent job at my house. They were extremely professional and efficient. They are very responsive, I was able to call in the morning and get my carpet cleaned that same afternoon. The technician explained the process and cleaning products being used. They even provided us some booties to wear while the carpet dried. We are very happy with the results and will be using their services again in the future.
